  • The IMM Carehub Loyalty Card is exclusively available to registered IMM Members who have paid the one-time admission fee.

  • The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the named cardholder.

  • IMM Members are entitled to exclusive privileges and perks at IMM Carehub and at participating partner businesses.

  • Benefits may include special rates on selected services, product discounts, and members-only promotions.

  • Partner offers are extended by third-party businesses affiliated with IMM Carehub.

  • All benefits are subject to the respective terms, availability, and discretion of the partner business.

  • Members must present their valid IMM Carehub Loyalty Card at participating outlets to redeem any benefits.

  • IMM Carehub is not liable for changes, limitations, or discontinuation of partner offers.

  • The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of transaction to enjoy benefits.

  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless stated otherwise by our partner.

  • The Loyalty Card remains valid as long as the member is in good standing with IMM Carehub.

  • IMM Carehub reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the loyalty program or its benefits (including partner offerings) at any time without prior notice.

  • Lost or damaged cards may be replaced upon request. A replacement fee of RM10.00 will apply.

  • As our partners manage their own services, IMM Carehub is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or overall service experience.
