APAC Boutique of the Year Finalist
Founded by Dr Jillian Yeoh, the name "IMM" was inspired by the name of her beloved mother. The philosophy of this name and icon of an Edelweiss flower signifies love and devotion to her parents and dedication to enhance the eldercare system to those who are entering their golden years. Her passion grew after the sudden passing of her grandmothers due to fall and lack of quality care, she was fueled with a sense of responsibility to strengthen the eldercare system for a social cause. About 8 years ago, at the prime of her cosmeceutical business, she embarked on her journey to Switzerland to pursue doctorate research on aged care and subsequently led her to complete a professional community healthcare program by Harvard University. Since then, she had diversified her business into aged care and set up a one-of-a-kind Day Care Centre for seniors and also the first Active Ageing Gym in Malaysia.
As our nation is marching towards an ageing population, Dr Jillian's drives have become more apparent. With the collective effort and support from the government, private and non-private sectors, she continues to play a part in changing the landscape of the silver economy and enabling a sustainable lifestyle for healthy ageing and independent living. Her passion has earned her the Best Healthcare Entrepreneur by Asia Healthcare Award in 2021/2022.
