Service Description
A complete physical and nutritional wellness package to achieve optimal results. A customized strength training program with a personal trainer cum physiotherapist assigned to you. This package consists of 8 personal training sessions, each session is 1-hour, includes a 15 minutes warm-up exercise, 30 minutes circuit exercise and 15 minutes warm-down; and 2 sessions of private diet consultation by a Dietitian. Session will be conducted upon assessing the physical condition of the member and dietary recommendation from Dietitian. This package is suitable for those who prefers private session for continuous maintenance of nutritional health and physical strength.
